Wayman’s Rule, is the expectation a narcissistic parent should keep that if they severely emotionally abuse a child, or deny their child or teenager personal agency, that parent can expect to one day receive the beating of their lives, resulting in the permanent loss of control of at least one of their limbs.
The loss of limb control embodies a message, emotional abuse is only several steps above sexual abuse in terms of the worst thing you can do with a child or teenager.
For the most severe cases, or in cases where a parent or guardian systemically destroys or compromises a future; it is morally acceptable to break that person neck. Lesser actions include shattering kneecaps, hands, and cracking their skull.
Wayman’s rule is best imposed by the direct victim, but it could be imposed by a close relative with nothing good left to live for. Whoever imposes Wayman’s Rule has to overpower all of the people around them, so plan accordingly.
Whoever imposes Wayman’s Rule should expect decades of prison time, if not life in prison.

He had great positive ambitions which were kept at bay by his own mother’s toxicity. He was chemically castrated by powerful antipsychotic medications which weren’t needed, so his mother and father would have an easier time exercising their narcissistic control urges against him and his sister.

I know of a adult who was emotionally destroyed by his mother, who crafted an image of love and care to outsiders. After realizing this in his 30s, after a long series of uphill battles due to the pain she created in his childhood and adolescence, he imposed Wayman’s Rule on her.

It says that if a locomotive stops on a mainline, it MUST let the signalman be aware of the presence of the train, to prevent serious accidents. This rule is known to be broken in the Thomas & Friends episode "Henry's Forest", which was criticized by Awdry himself for not following the rule.
