Dog-Couple

A couple of any age who have definitively decided to have dogs (normally of a specific bread(s)) instead of having children. These people often look out of place. It is highly possible they will have matching: Hats, Sunglasses, spousal outfits, and if you are lucky, fanny packs.

Look at those beautiful huskies, their owners' are wearing matching outfits, what a cute dog-couple.

The act of getting a slow moving vehicle to drive faster by pulling up next to them and making them think you are going to cut them off. Usually done in traffic when there is not enough room to get passed the vehicle.
