Vices And Virtues is the third album by Panic! At the Disco. It was released on March 22, 2011. They added the ! back after removing it for Pretty. Odd.. It has The Ballad of Mona Lisa, Let's Kill Tonight, Hurricane, Memories, Trade Mistakes, Ready to Go (Get Me Out of My Mind), Always, The Calender, Sarah Smiles, Nearly Witches (Ever Since We Met), Stall Me, Oh Glory (Demo), I Wanna Be Free, and Turn Off The Lights on it.

Vices and Virtues is my least favorite Panic! at the Disco album.

virtual pack rat

Someone who downloads music, movies, and applications and saves them onto another hard drive or another form of media, even if they don't listen to the certain band or use the program anymore they keep it just incase someone else may want it or they just cant part with something that they have spent time downloading.

Dub's hard drive is so full of shit, he never deletes anything because he is such a virtual pack rat.

Virtual Spit

The act of being annoyed with someone through a social network and deciding to "virtually spit" on them, without the disgusting nature of the act in real life.

"Dude, Mike was totally being a douche on Facebook, so I just spit on him"

"You spit on him?"

"Yes, virtual spit, it's the latest craze. The kids are hopping and popping on their computers, ejecting disgusting virtual spit out of their virtual mouths"

"It's like a poke, but with hostility. I have waited all my life for this."

Just learning about the concept of virtual spit drives people to end war and in exchange for the less destructive virtual spitting.
