Respect the Beat

When a song's lyrics/voice of the rapper is simply terrible, out of timing or just plain off and the beat is ill/sick/funky fresh. This phrase is commonly used when shitty mainstream rappers go on expensive beats and that shits wack

Pre-Beat

The act of stroking your erect penis with no intention of ejaculating prior to having sex with an intimate partner. Performed solely for excitatory purposes to make the act of having sex more pleasurable when it actually occurs.

The amount of self-control required to avoid ejaculation is not only threatening, but down right dangerous.

Also known as a preliminary pud-pull.

This term is used when a rappers flow mimics that of their instrumental, It is almost a perfect harmonization between the artists bars, and the beat. An example of this is Kanye West’s song Drive Slow. Paul wall even gets a piece on that song riding the beat as well.

Bro 1: yo bro, Joey badass and xxxtentacion really did Ride the beat on infinity(888)!

Bro 2: yea man honestly! I just nod off to that song every time I hear it because of how cohesive the bars, lyrics, and beat are.
