Pre-Beat 

The act of stroking your erect penis with no intention of ejaculating prior to having sex with an intimate partner. Performed solely for excitatory purposes to make the act of having sex more pleasurable when it actually occurs.

The amount of self-control required to avoid ejaculation is not only threatening, but down right dangerous.

Also known as a preliminary pud-pull.

Jim: You planning on hooking up with that waitress tomorrow night?
Mike: Yeah man, I gotta pre-beat the shit outta my junk beforehand.
