Cho, opponent to Woo, is a movement in NYC where different neighborhood gangs clique up despite differences to get money and opposite others. Choo Gang for instance has mostly GD/Folk sets and Blood sets with it along with certain Crip sets, with the group originating from a crew called Hoodstarz.
