It has the best of two worlds location wise, as it is situated between a large park area and walking distance from urban amenities.
There is a very well maintained Housing Co-op on the street. There are Community gardens and bike paths, also plentiful buses and convenience stores close by. I have lived here 25 years and though violence has increased in the surrounding area, our street is still relatively safe. (Note: Wiggins Private is a street, not a "hood".
