A true Juggalo/Juggalette is a person not giving a fuck what society thinks about them. They don’t care about being accepted. It is not about being a fan of ICP. Actually, real Juggalos/Juggalettes may not even know who the fuck ICP is, nor care. If your intention is to wear makeup to try and act like a Juggalo/Juggalette, or to try and get a reaction out of people, you are not a real Juggalo/Juggalette and you are completely missing the point of what it really is. On the other hand; if you wear makeup because you don’t give a fuck about what people think of you walking around that way and actually feel like wearing it just because you want to that day, you are a real Juggalo/Juggalette. You don’t have to know about or even give a fuck about the dark carnival, faygo, or even know what a neden is to be a true Juggalo/Juggalette. Most real Juggalos/Juggalettes don’t even know who the fuck ICP is. It is not about being part of a family, or having anyone’s back. True Juggalos/Juggalettes could give a shit about being part of a family and being accepted. It is about living your life doing whatever the fuck you feel like doing and not giving a fuck about what anyone else thinks. The minute you start to give a fuck about anything, is the minute you stop being a true Juggalo/Juggalette.

A hardcore fan of the rap group Insane Clown Posse. A female fan will typically be referred to as a jugalette. This is an intensely devoted group of people. Commonly scoffed at, made fun of, judged and mocked, most juggalos and jugalettes just don't seem to give a f*ck and some may find that admirable. In my opinion, one of the things that makes this group interesting is the lack of pretense found often in music culture.

A JuGgAlO is a down ass mafucko- an underground family so to speak. They are looked at as menace to society- but really shouldnt be~ their ppl like u n me.. its just that juggalos have a wider horizon of thinking and expression.. when looked down on by society and u have no one to turn to- turn on some W-I-C-K-I-D shit by ICP or TWIZTID and see if that crazy ass muzik dont make u feel better? You guys are all assholes, a Juggalo is someone who loves ICP (just as most of you assfucks have favorite bands or rappers) and follows the lifestyle of the "wicked clowns," Shaggy and Violent J. People make fun of Juggalos for listening to ICP and following their style, although people nowadays do that with all popular groups and artists, so you have no right to single out Juggalos like they are the only people that copy the lifestyle of their musical idols. Juggalos believe in the Dark Carnival and the Six Joker's Cards, as explained in ICP's music. All juggalos go to Shangri La as well, the metphor used by the Insane Clown Posse for the afterlife. Juggalos are often very loud and aggressive, which is why they are usually taken as being annoying douchebags,although they may be perfectly nice human beings. Juggalos also drink Faygo, a soda made in Detroit (where ICP is from) that the group often refers to in their music. Juggalos also have "clown love," and may wear clown make up in the spirit of their idols.
People also judge the fact that one of the Insane Clown Posse's signature things is brutally murdering people with axes. This is not a completely ridiculous thing, although most of you like to think it is. Popular rap artists often talk about killing people with guns and knives, so why cant ICP talk about killing people with axes?

I, as a juggalette, am not what most of you people say.
I do not go around talking about how I'm going to go get my hatchet and I'm going to cut your face off. Nor are my friends the same way.
All my family are very educated.
We're NOT fucking idiots.
We do get mad when people talk shit.
But, do we actually care enough to make us become 'normal'?
No.
Infact, it only has been making us want to be what we are even more.
I grew up without much family.
My mom and sister.
My mom never was there for. Only sometimes.
My sister was always with her friends, as I, didn't have too many.
I was considered 'wierd'.
That was until I met a Juggalo. He listened to my life story.
He accepted me into his family.
Now, I have more reliable people I could talk to.
Being a Juggalette makes me feel better about myself mainly because I know I have people there for me when I didn't before.
I listen to ICP and Twiztid and such because I like it? It's funny and when I feel pissed off I can listen to it and it makes me feel better.
Saying either that they can relate or just for shits and giggles.
