This is THE queen bee. The captain is usually the all around most popular. But, this also comes with alot of responsibility. Such as making all team descisions and has the final say-so in most situations. HAs the most power on the team except for the advisor/coach/sponser.The captain yells the cheer and the team falls in.

Cheersch is common catch phrase that expresses a lightness of spirits between individuals who seek out various forms of entertainment. Similar in sound and meaning to the word "cheers," the word cheersch is most appropriately used in social scenarios where excessive drinking is involved, but can be used to imply any pleasure moment or being in a state of agreement with another individual or group of people.

Cheers Hogger

When someone says "cheers" and everyone puts up their glasses/beer up to tap, one of the people ram their drink in first cheering everyone and not letting anyone else touch each others glasses.
