Central Park troll

A person who is unironically happy and upbeat almost anytime with a lot of optimism and hope. This type may also believe in following dreams. Sometimes used pejoratively by either realists or pessimists. (Named after Don bluth's film A Troll in Central Park, and specifically the title troll Stanley)
Normally: oh, my buddy is quite the central park troll. He can add a beam of sunshine over any bad day
Pejorative: that whippersnapper's a central park troll!

San Juan Park

located nicely between Madison and Greenback, San Juan Park is the ultimate place not to drink, smoke or do any kind of drugs. It is not in walking distance of anything important and is constantly empty except for the basketball players. The dirt, glass and tree branches popping out of nowhere will ruin a good time for you if your not sober.

Besides that it's a lovely park, where you can take a nice brisk walk, walk your dog or have a family picnic.
MM: Where is he?!
M: Um....I don't know the exact address but...
MM: What was he doing drinking?!?! Tell me where he is!
M: San Juan Park ma'am. I gotta go, my mom is here and I have to attend the picnic.

We're taking it to the parking lot.

The phrase "We're taking it to the parking lot." means someones going to batter your ass right in the school parking lot and embarass you in front of everyone. If you hear that phrase being said to you, you better be in a fighting mood, because there is a change you can whack his ass out too.
Hey, little snitch. 3:00 sharp, we're taking it to the parking lot.
