Their Eyes Were Watching God

An excellent novel written by Zora Neale Hurston in 1937. The book details the life of Janie Crawford , a Southern black woman, and her search to find her voice and her one true love. This novel was popularized partly by it's inclusion as required reading within some high school English classes, Oprah Winfrey’s book club, and the fact that it is very original and enthralling, giving the reader a new sense of what the world was like in the 1930’s through the eyes of a strong-willed black woman.

Student #1: Is Mrs. Essigmann making your class read 'Their Eyes Were Watching God', too?

Verb. The action of sitting on the lavatory, eating an egg salad and drinking a coffee, all while defecating. This phrase originates from h3h3Productions' latest video, titled, "Hila's Biggest Regret (#askh3)".

Person 1: "Just tried one-a those 'Good Morning & God Blesses' all you kids were talkin' about, it really changed me for the better!"

Person 2: "Say, whats the definition of Good Morning & God Bless again?"

Person 1: Ah, but of course my dear! The definition of Good Morning & God Bless is 'The action of sitting on the lavatory, eating an egg salad and drinking a coffee, all while defecating!"

Good morning & God bless

Eating an egg salad and drinking coffee whilst on the John, with the fan on. The coffee aligns the rectal cavity for painless movement, while the fan soothes the listener. The egg salad is to make the ritual more noticeable and ridiculous.
