When someone says "many wany", they are referring to a young man finishing puberty; hence the man in "many wany".
the "wany" part of the phrase who be referring to a close relationship to the male in question. such as a son, nephew, or grandson, but never brother. as such the phrase "many wany" was made. the phrase is usually used in friendly or joking tone, when furries or weebs write a fanfic.
