Sewer Muppet

Term referring to a woman who’s face resembles that of a Muppets reject that was tossed into storage, forgotten about, stolen by a couple of meth heads, left on a porch in the rain, tossed in a dryer on high heat, then discarded in the trash where it eventually ends up in a sewer.
