Dad Bod

When a young bro-ey dude packs on epic amounts of fat in his midsection but has toned arms, legs, and chest, leading to a corpulent round belly that protrudes out into the shape of a basketball, wobbling tightly against his tank top.

Brad: Ever since Ryan got that job at Fat Burger's he's fattened up! Must have put on 150 lbs in a year. He's really let himself go.
Mike: Yeah, that rounded belly is getting massive! I can tell he's been eating well, all that compact fat sticking out of his hoodies as he waddles.
Brad: Looks like he's got a dad bod!

Mom bod

A woman who has had at least one kid and that child has affected her body in such a way that it changes her physical appearance to the point to where she no longer looks like herself. Ex: stretch marks on the hips, thighs and boobs, rounded face, double chin, cellulite ass, saggy boobs from nursing and pumping, a rounded or sagging belly (stomach, abdomin).

Some women are blessed with the natural ability to convert back to a very similar version of themselves or exactly like they were before conceiving. More times then not, these women will have additional kids and will not worry since they are convinced that their bodies can handle it without long term effects. Each child is different and more times than not, these women will have that one child that their body just can't recover from.

Don't let the winter clothes fool you, she has a mom bod underneath.
