Dating way back to January, 2014, the name Moe was adopted by an older teen, named Moe Mcflapper, under pseudonym, who's real name sounded similar to it, was originally taken from Moe Szyslak of The Simpsons. He then developed a distinct personality that made his name easy for people to remember and easy for people to say, which could be said with just a slight tuck of the lips, and a loud "oh" (as he is always getting yelled at).

Literally the best country that has ever existed.

Short for The Greater Isle of Moes.

I’ve been staying here for two weeks now, and I love The Greater Isle of Moes! The service here on the Filicivtà Resort is phenomenal. At first, I was worried about going here, with all the COVID-19 fuss, but then everyone is so professional, I barely even notice anything. You can do all sorts of fun stuff here. I mean, there are beaches everywhere!
