Yellow Filter Syndrome

A phenomenon that white, uneducated, and western civilization portrays where they have the general idea that the Middle East is just a war zone plagued with poverty and camels.

Dates back to the yellow colored filter western media uses when portraying the Middle East in movies and TV shows.

American: did you go to school on a camel
