"minors" is a simplified word of the parent word dubbed, "minorities". the meaning of it is to identify or include someone under 18, and the term is often used in this modern day and age to confront and include someone who has a relationship with one.

TLDR; someone who is basically under 18

if you say you love minors, it's bad
if you say you hate minors, that's hate speech
