An expression that originated from a video of "Gooteks" a streamer on the twitch streaming platform making a certain face. This has since spread all over twitch, and is an expression of excitement.

Joe: "Hey sally guess what, I finally got my drivers licence! Pretty poggers, huh?"
Sally: "Yes john that's cool but please use normal words, i'm worried about you."
