An exotical is usually a black (monoracial) / mixed race (biracial / multigenerationally mixed) who benefit from an ism or multiple isms (colorism / featurism / texturism ) and has faced outcasting, mistreatment, and having their experiences shunned due to their many privileges/ being put on a pedestal/ being considered a beauty standard/ being considered as a preference (highly coveted and desired) within and outside the black community (due to their exotic beauty and adjacence to other communities due to their ethnicity or phenotype).

Exoticals are often placed on a pedestal due to their beauty.
