A favourite term of mine from Murdoc Niccals of Gorillaz.

Personally, I would define "nobchocker"as someone who is stupid and thinks they're right but really, they sound like an ignorant twat.

"I'm in an argument with my friend and it's getting ridiculous."
"They're just being a nobchocker, it's ok."
