This title was previously bestowed upon Vladimir Putin, however this was revoked due to certain war crimes during the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Due to the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyjs courage and enormous balls he is now the new bearer of this title. Getting the wide title revoked also causes one to be bestowed the Thin title.
