When parents have an "accidental" child many years (10+) after their last child was born. This is called the last shot in the bag.

Mike was 15 years younger than his nearest sibling. He was his dad's last shot in the bag.

Generally a shot of liquor is the penalty.

A drink that consists of two shots of vodka, Redbull, cranberry juice, and is taken immediately after one takes a drag off of a cigarette and a joint.
