Atari Stigmata 

Atari Stigmata (singular stigma) is a term used by members of the gaming faithful to describe the marks, sores, or sensations of pain in the hands from squeezing the life out of the non-ergonomic Atari game controller from the early 1980's.
I was playing Pac Man for hours, but I had to quit because of the excessive bleeding caused by my Atari Stigmata.

Last shot in the bag 

When parents have an "accidental" child many years (10+) after their last child was born. This is called the last shot in the bag.
Mike was 15 years younger than his nearest sibling. He was his dad's last shot in the bag.
