Your garden hose will be weak after the storm that just took place, and the bushes (your hanging walnuts) will get a nice rain shower. Fun fact: An occasional rain shower helps the bushes grow nice and strong!

The term "Pepper" here refers to spice and the fact that when something is dropped on the ground, the little flecks of dirt resemble the same look as "cracked" Black Pepper. The term "Bush" refers here to that the spice has been collected from the ground, as if it was some type of "Natural spice".
