The act of leaving a room, going to the bathroom (number 2) and then returning to the room in under 1.5 minutes.

Can also be spelled SPEED DUGAN.

Speed Fluctuator

A person who continuously changes the speed at which they drive regardless of the speed limit.

An example of a speed fluctuator would be someone driving on a 55 mph highway fluctuating their speed between 50 and 60 mph. This very annoying behavior makes it impossible for the poor person stuck behind them to use their cruise control.

The speed at which the elderly travel; this can be 5-10 miles under the speed limit whilst driving or just moving very slowly in front of you. It is a very frustrating phenomenon.
