Track and field

A sport that is made out of many events. Running event are done on the track. The types of running events are sprints, middles distance, and long distance.Field events are based on the field or use parts for the field events.Racewalking is a special event that is done usually on the road but for high school it’s done on the track.Relays are team based that 4 people per team run a distance one by one passing a baton.

Field Hockey Fanatic

a crazed male field hockey fan; a field hockey fantatic is a male field hockey fan who thinks field hockey is the shit of sports. He will wake up wicked early to watch field hockey tournaments, and will be noted as "rude" by the referees. A group of fanatics are usually led by a very sexist male who is convinced that guys can beat girls in field hockey,wears field hockey jackets, shows up at field hockey team meetings, and might try out for the team. A fanatic will yell rude cheers at referees such as "get off your knees ref, your blowin' the game", but aren't sure of any rules, too lazy to read them. A fanatic will show up at games, not knowing why, but continuing to cheer and insult the referees, always stepping it up to the next level, saying "they haven't heard shit yet".

A field hockey fanatic yells at a game, later hearing the referees left a note saying "nk fans are rude", and decides to show up at a tournament the next morning to be "absolutely fuckin' obnoxious".

Field trip

A way try to make school more fun and exciting. But most of the time they are just as bad or worse as being in school.

Teacher: we are going on field trip children.
Students: woot! where are we going?
Teacher: we are going to Six Flags but instead of going on the rides we are going to do algebraic problems Isn't that exciting!
Students: ah fuck!

Field

The counterpart to Track, a sport prevalent in high schools. Often included in the term "Track and Field." Consists of events such as pole vault, high jump, long jump, shotput, and discus. The practice is a helluva lot easier than the running events, but players get about the same amount of credit. During meets, the "throwers, jumpers, and vaulters" can spend quality time checking out hot girls from other schools that are in running events.

-So do you play sports?
--Yeah, I do Track and Field.
-Oh really? I was on the track team in high school. What do you run?
--I run...shotput.

NMP Field

When Something has an NMP Field around it, it simply means 'Not My Problem' (adapted from the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy Series)

ex. Jimmy: My car got impounded because I had invalid plates on it and got pulled over.
This problem has an NMP field around it to most people except Jimmy.

The act of stubbing out a cigarette and knocking out all the loose tobacco and embers so you can safely dispose of the butt in a trash receptacle when one presents itself.
