this word is mainly used as a verb but can also be used as an adjective. when a pretty girl from highschool grows into a stocky, busty and unremarkable woman.

can also be used to describe any girl who went from thin to gross at any time.

Buntism

The phenomenon where a (usually older) Western male is involved in a sexual relationship with a (usually younger) woman of S.E. Asian origin.

Based on the character of Bunt in the Paul Theroux novel, Kowloon Tong, who is involved in such a relationship.

Often just said as a single word, possibly to imply an inappropriate relationship - (whispered) "Buntism".
