1.)A person who thinks they are getto/street but in reality are just fags who think its cool to wear an oversized, straitgh brim, fitted hat with the sticker still on it, ESPECIALLY white people trying to be black.

2.)Someone who drives a "getto" (any after market parts that are worth more than the car itself) car that is really a piece of shit
