When people describe somewhere where there's no tormented souls, its not hell they're describing, its usually just a little purgatory. People get purgatory confused with hell since there's a lot of waiting and a slow pace, especially if they don't know what true hell is like.

Something tormented people invented where they became the tormentors of others, or the minds of others if attempts to actually torment another human being failed, all to never find that those they considered their tormentors as children were not actually bullies at all in the true sense of the word, since they weren't doing what they were doing for fun.
The girl invented a world in her mind where she wasn't a wimp, but was beyond tough, she was a badass. She actually started doing some of the things she thought of in the dream world in real life, fucking with other people's lives based on her hell world and what was in it.

Get the Hellmug. According to Dante Alighieri's poem ''The Divine Comedy'' it consists of 9 individual circles each for various levels of punishment, Limbo, Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Anger, Heresy, Violence, Fraud and Treachery.
Dante jumped into the entrance to Hell (a black pit) to save Beatrice's soul from Satan, (his girlfriend who was recently murdered) and save her from an eternity in torment and suffering.
