A small piece of poop (normally pellet-shaped) that hangs out among your butts hairs when you wipe your butt with cheap toilet paper.

If you don't wipe yo ass properly, you'll leave a dingleberry back there!

Dingleberry

When you shit, but you don't wipe good enough (nasty hoe). So the shit gets all tangled up with your pubes. After it dries, it becomes this matted massof pubes and shit on your ass, known as a dingleberry.
