A small piece of excrement hanging on one of someone's buttock hairs, which will not fall off.

"Ladies and gentlemen, dingleberries on parade." (said by Jeff Conaway as Kenickie Murdoch in the 1978 romantic movie musical "Grease", while some athletes are running laps at Rydell High School's sports field).
