The act of stealing. The act of theft. This is a modern usage of the derivative word, Wog. A Wog is anyone who is not white and, British, Canadian, Australian, American, Israeli etc.
Wogs are considered to be completely without scruples, and have no hesitation in stealing someones goods and selling them. Wogs cannot organise their own affairs and are therefore reliant on corruption

Another name for the Republican Party/GOP as they are shills for corporate insurance and care more about the profits of insurance companies than they do of the American people.

The WOSII party's position on health care reform is biased and moot.

Wogirl 

A middle-aged woman that, although in her later years, still acts like a preteen girl; the female equality to a manchild.

She includes herself in friends' drama, watches shows meant for younger girls, and still pretends to live the extravagant, "princess" lifestyle.

They can be found in stores such as: American Eagle, Hot Topic, and other well known clothing retailers that aim their products at a teenage audience.

Gentleman #1: That middle-aged woman is wearing clothing that looks like it belongs on a Thirteen-year-old!

Gentleman #2: Isn't it obvious? She's a wogirl.

When a wet dog attempts to get rid of the water in its coat by shaking back and forth. Alternatively, it can apply to people who lack the basic hygiene to dry themselves off after shower and get water all over the floor.
