A phrase used to describe someone or something that is absolutely frat as fuck. Something that is “so beer” must be related to shotgunning, chugging, funneling, getting unhealthy amounts of pussy, the nelk boys, anything fraternal, etc.

A term used to describe someone who is "out there" with style, personality and craziness. Can also be used to describe an inanimate object that looks odd or crazy. Also used when someone just reminds you of the infamous Lady Gaga.
