sclitch

The small piece of toilet paper that gets prematurely ripped off when one is trying to obtain toilet paper from the roll in an attempt to wipe one's ass - typically caused by a consumer who purchases cheap or subpar paper products.

I hate taking a shit at work because all I can grab from the toilet paper dispenser is one "sclitch" after another; it takes me forever to wipe!

Taking a shit. The frayed tapering turd end looks the top of Grinch’s head. Typically an effortless slide out. Hence the “slinchin’” not pinchin’.
