It's a nickname to a male friend. You can also use this nickname if you don't know the real name of that guy.

Once you have had a few alcholic beverages there is a time that you get better at different drinking games/ sports which is your Peak Alcohol Performance (PAP). If you get over this threshold you are no longer in PAP and should stop and maybe have a water while waiting to get back into PAP and win the drinking game( beer pong, flip cup, ladder ball, etc)
Those first few rounds really put me in PAP during this beer pong tournament, if I stay in PAP there's no way we lose

A made-up word used to describe your mate when they’re scared to do owt or just to call them it when you wanna get them triggered. Literally no-one knows what this word means.
Person-*Just gets run over by 14 lorries, 83 chavs on moterbikes, 9 nans in their Toyotas and the whole of Tour de Yorkshire* “HELP I’M DYING”
That one mate who thinks they’re hard- “Omg you’re such a pap. That happened to me when I was 2 and I didn’t even blink. DON’T CRY ABOUT IT AND MAN UP!!!”
