An idea that when proposed can immediately be seen as prone for inevitable and spectacular failure usually involving Sam and Madden sitting in the back of a police divvy van giving each other a hug.
Douchebags such as Sam and Madden often proceed with the bad idea blindly, and so far have a 100% fuck up rate in regards to sams bad ideas.

Sam - "Hey madden, wanna go to frankston tonight and get neuteured?"
Madden - "Oh hell yeah"
