Someone who thinks that when you're complaining about or trying to fix a problem, it means that you don't also care about other, possibly bigger problems because "there can only be one" thing that you care about.

Forsyth Barr Stadium is their fortress and they have once gone unbeaten there for 15 games in a row. Everyone in the world is encouraged to support this team as it is better than every other, including rivals the hurricanes and crusaders.
