Hip As Fuck. When you see a guy walking down the street with his pants rolled up to mid calf, a fedora, a button-down shirt buttoned to the top, and clarks on. Then he is HAF.

Meaning "Hard as Fuck" ... Usually put it at the end of a saying in use of sarcasm. I usually say it to trampy chavs that think they're cool.
