Someone who considers them self to be both a man and a woman, at the same time--regardless of what genitalia they have. Therefore they are GF.

GF is an abbreviation for the cartoon T.V. show "Gravity Falls" created by Alex Hirsch. It is usually only shortformed around fellow Faller's be wise of the common misconception that it means Girlfriend.

GF

Abbreviation or acronym for "girlfriend", a highly coveted and sought-after female partner in a romantic relationship. Often used as shorthand in online chats or while playing games. GF's can, often times, be sparse in online gaming communities which are typically male dominated and filled with neckbeards. Most of the time, a GF is referred to as being someone to hang out with IRL, but that doesn't rule out GF's that exist solely in an online relationship.
