A rat tail hairstyle. This is the ONLY real definition of the word circa 1990 and has somehow been obscured through internet memeism and a disconnect from traditional idioms and slang culture. Any other interpretation is an ignorant bastardization that bears no resemblance or relevancy to the term Fag Tag. It exclusively refers to a rat tail mullet hairstyle that was popular among preteen males throughout the 1990s. Do not believe fake made up sexual terms that have nothing to do with the original terms. They have been and remain what is wrong with this site.
