(Verb) You pull a "kanye" when you feel as if not enough people are paying attention to you so you do something to get there attention, even if it is something that is not seen as OK such as being a d-bag.

I felt so neglected by my peers so the only way i thought i could grab their attention was to "pull a kanye" and tip over the kid in the wheelchair.
