Yandere

A yandere is a person (usually female) who is obsessed with someone to the point that they are will to do anything to be with that person. This can include(not limited to) killing people, threatening people, harming people, (etc.). Now although usually seen in only animes, there are some real cases of yanderes in the real world.

A yandere is a character, usually female, who harbors powerful affections for another person to the point of either being jealous, aggressive, controlling, or downright insane and violent to the point of killing anyone(usually also female) that looks at their supposed love interest. Typically used to refer to anime/manga characters, but there are similar cases in the real world. (at least according to 2chan)

Basically, a yandere is a word you should run away from really fast. You may not live long enough to run, but you will live long enough to try.

Yarderz is a very random word that can be used at any moment of a conversation. often the people who uses this word is thought to be annoying or cringy. The word can be used to annoy people at an extreme level. If a group of people say this word out loud it is considered to be a curse or a swear word.
