Mx-Witis is caught after speaking to MxW and is a very serious condition.
Symptoms include twitching, frothing at the mouth, seeing his face on every person you cross and finally ending up in a padded room with a Dairy Milk bar for your only company.
It can only be treated with a strong antibacterial soap, a lot of mouthwash, a visit to the doctors and a restraining order.

A phrase often used in the show 24. Whenever something is going to occur "Within the hour" it means it's happening THIS episode and it to be taken seriously. Has roughly the same meaning when used in real life.

Person A: That does it. I'm going to his house and working things out. Violently.
