PenPen is a penguin VTuber known for being the stinkiest vtuber on twitch. His hobbies include getting bullied by chat, being called stinky by RadiantRose, and being cool. He has an overactive chat, not only on twitch but his discord aswell. Despite all the jokes, he is a very cool guy.
