New Kids on the Block

I cant believe us slackers didnt define this better sooner!

A group of 5 pop singing hotties from Boston who caused mania in pre-teen and teen girls worldwide. They gained popularity in 1988 producing multiple awards, #1's and top 10 hits until disbanding in 1994. After the band split, blockheads (NKOTB fans) were left with empty hearts, and buttons, dolls, shirts, and albums were placed away into their personal time capsule.

Time caplules were opened up in 2008 A reunion tour and album was made. Expected by some, very unexpected by others the NKOTB have been causing mania once again, in their female fans. Fans NKOTB shirts dont fit anymore (Though some try) but years of memories, photos, buttons, cassetes, videos, and emotions have been brought back out.

The band membersare all still delicious looking. They are Jordan Knight, Jon Knight, Joey McIntyre, Danny Wood, and Donnie Wahlberg.

They have done an amazing job at welcoming the fans back into their lives, and have made alot of effort to meet their fans, something that was just a dream the first go around.

A belated urban welcome back boys!

The phrase originally started in the Facebook group Tavern At The End Of The Internet following the propensity for a staff member always commenting ‘These jokes never get old, just like Nina!’ on Nina Tucker memes (from Fullmetal Alchemist). The use has expanded to being said when getting in right before the closing off point of something - getting in just before the red light, being the very last one to score a ticket for something, etc. It’s rapidly growing in popularity across groups and even into irl situations, bamboozling friends and coworkers.

Original gag:
Step 1: See a Nina Tucker meme

Step 2: Look to see if Tim Brockway has commented ‘These jokes never get old, just like Nina!’ yet

Step 3: If he hasn’t, then comment ‘In Before The Brockway’. You’ve won this round! If he has, then he wins.

Step 4: Rinse and Repeat!

Working the Block

When in desperate need for cash, you resort to getting it by any means necessary. Most of the time you work by performing hand jobs, or blow jobs for anything you can get. In desperate cases you work for $15 an hour or $10 a load.
