Created in order to circumvent a word filter on 4chan. 'tbh' (to be honest) would be filtered into 'desu' and 'fam' would be filtered into 'senpai'.
Adding a 'q' and/or 'f' to 'tbh' would bypass the word filter and retain its shitposting qualities.
