Swampstitution

Swampstitution is a term recognizing that the Swamp was designed by the Constitution to keep the subjects obedient to the Institution of a Special Interests that exploits the vulnerable parts of its population in order to advance its own powers over the subjects.

Qualified immunity is an example of the Swampstitution, by excusing government officials from the consequences of violating the law and Constitution, meanwhile the average citizen is expected to follow the law to the dot and the citizen is mislead to believe that the Constitution affords the citizen protection from government overreach all while Qualified Immunity is the exception to the expectation.

Government imposes strict parking laws while exempting themselves to park in spaces that are marked as no parking.

Government exploiting Climate Change, race and other important issues to advance more regulations against the little guy while exempting themselves and their cronies from the law.

President imposing a heavy tariff on imports from X country and then exempting companies like Apple from the tariff.

Politician declaring that all restaurants should be closed as nonessential during a pandemic and then going out with friends to dine at a restaurant.
