This was slang in the late 70's which means skank nowadays. A female that is basically a low life,trailer trash,worthless,piece of shit, bottom feeder named after a man's genitalia.

That worthless paula was nothing more than a low-life scrote.

A synonym for the word screech. Typically happens when fangirling/fanboying over something that makes you screech and makes you feel very happy and shocked.
You can use it in three different ways: Scrote, Scroting, Scroted, and/or scroter (someone who screeches a lot).

I scrote when i see Levi Ackerman.
Past tense version: I scroted when i heard a loud boom outside.
