Those who really love to ride (e.g./esp. dangerous toys like mtn. bikes/MTB, motorcycles, skateboards, etc.). It's a passion to ride & also dangerous/adrenaline rush that is also about survival.

A motorcyclist farewell phrase equivalent to "goodbye and ride safely". Usually associated with sportbike riders. Irony of phrase meant express degree of rider's enthusiasm about and/or dedication to riding.
John: It's raining hard, I can't believe you rode here.
