Rochelle is only nice to people who are nice to her and doesn’t take shit from anybody. She respects only who she needs to, and is a jackass to anyone who double-crosses her and her friends. NYC Suburb that borders the Bronx. 2nd largest in Westchester county after Yonkers. Small but very urban feel. Some parts feel like an extension of the Bronx.On the come up, in just 2 years will have a very different skyline. Home of many celebs past n present. Rap group Brand Nubian(Grand Puba), football player Ray Rice, Jay Leno, Matt Dillon, members of the Blige family( as in Mary J.Blige) ,Dj Kool Herc and many others are or have been residents. Often compared to White Plains,NY but it’s different. Closer to the city, bigger population (more than 20,000 more people than WP), more gritty in certain areas than White Plains but also more upscale in others, and has beaches were as White Plains doesn’t. Very diverse place in the inner ring metro of NYC.
